That was the sight that my eyes embarked on as I finished the first glass of water to womanhood today. My HRT has officially begun :) My nerves are calm and I am terribly excited all at the same time, I really don't know how else to describe this sense of satisfaction and completion, it's definitely not something I'm used to-but it's definitely something I enjoy.

Congratulations.
As you get deeper onto the HRT and see the metamorphosis taking place, you'll being to be at peace with yourself and the stress of trying to live in a gender role incongruent with your body's programming will go away.
Just enjoy the ride and continue to focus on being the best you inside as well.
